We specialise in strategic planning policy, planning advice, spatial research and data analysis, helping non-government organisations (NGOs), not for profits (NFPs), all tiers of governments and industry translate planning issues into actionable insights.

How is our approach
different from others?
We work closely with clients to ensure outputs reflect their mission and values. We listen to our clients and other relevant stakeholders to provide a service that meets your needs. Every recommendation is grounded in data, research, and existing planning frameworks. We provide unbiased and evidence based opinions that always result in the ‘so what?’ being answered.
Services are structured to meet different levels of need and budget, with flexibility to extend into detailed analysis or engagement support. We understand that sometimes our clients want short, sharp pieces of advice, insights or recommendations to progress their projects quickly. Sometimes our clients may need more support, extending all the way to our team needing to be embedded as part of a client’s project team for fulsome project oversight and guidance.
We offer a range of services from the beginning to the end of a project or idea. If you have a land use idea, we can assist with guiding thinking to get you to a project scope, or a methodology. Once that approach is bedded down, we are able to assist with background research, policy development, policy drafting to strategic engagement, including meeting requirements for statutory public consultation. Our engagement specialists mean we are the perfect one stop shop for more undertaking consultation on complicated planning projects.
Our directors have experience operating in academia, government, the private sector and not for profits, meaning we understand a diversity of stakeholder views and the different motivators of these organisations. We bring these views into any advice or approach we recommend to our clients.
